Alex Parrish, Partner at Parrish Law Offices, LLC, has been a practicing attorney for more than 25 years, focused on helping businesses, ranging from basic startups to operating companies to venture-backed technology-based enterprises, with entity selection and formation, contracts, financing, buy-sell agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, technology licensing, and intellectual property rights including patent, copyright and trademark strategy.
The firm also frequently represents clients in business disputes, especially technology related and intellectual property matters, and including research disputes and scientific misconduct litigation.
Mr. Parrish also represents individuals and families in estate planning, negotiating oil and gas leases and related agreements, and other residential and commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Parrish received his undergraduate degree in political science from Duke University, and his law degree from Georgetown University. He has been very active in the local community as President of the Pittsburgh alumni clubs of both schools, President of the Mt. Lebanon Lions Club, and a leader and member in many other organizations.
